Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms govern the use of the Reyport service by a business customer and by the people who use Reyport on that customer's behalf. By using Reyport you accept these terms on behalf of your company. They are published in Turkish and English; if the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Service provider

Reyport is a brand of SORLİNE ENERJİ SİSTEMLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. References in these terms to "Reyport" and "we" mean that company.

  • Address: İnönü Mahallesi, Cenk Caddesi No: 42/A, Küçükçekmece / İstanbul
  • Tax Office / No: Halkalı Vergi Dairesi Müdürlüğü / 6480573348
  • MERSİS No: 0648057334800019
  • E-mail: info@reyport.com

Matters relating to the processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy and Information Notice, which forms an integral part of these terms.

2. What Reyport is

Reyport is an AI-supported software service that helps exporting businesses identify potential business buyers abroad and establish contact with them. Messages prepared through the service are sent only upon the customer's approval and from the customer's own e-mail account. AI output may be inaccurate; it does not constitute verified information and consists of suggestions to be checked by the customer.

3. Who may use Reyport

  • Reyport is for businesses only. It is not offered to consumers.
  • You sign up through the form on reyport.com. The account is opened for use after we review and approve it; we may decline a signup.
  • Everyone using an account must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the company.
  • Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for everything done through your company's account. Every member of a company account can see and act on that company's data.
  • If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, tell us at once at info@reyport.com.

4. Plans, prices and quotas

Plans and prices are as shown on the plans page, reyport.com/en/plans:

  • Starter: USD 149 a month. 2 discovery runs a day and 400 personal first messages a month.
  • Growth: USD 249 a month. 4 discovery runs a day and 1,000 personal first messages a month.
  • Custom: prices and quotas are set by quotation.

Prices exclude VAT.

  • Days and months are counted in Istanbul time.
  • A discovery run is one search started for a target you give Reyport. When the daily number is used up, no new discovery can be started that day.
  • A first message is the first contact message written to a firm; follow-up messages are not counted. When the monthly number has been used up, no new first-contact message can be prepared for that month.

5. Invoicing and payment

  • Prices are denominated in US dollars. Invoices are issued in Turkish lira at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) selling rate on the invoice date, and VAT is added to the price.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer (havale or EFT) to the bank account stated on the invoice.
  • A new customer's first payment covers a two-month service period; no fee is charged for the first month of that period.

6. Term, renewal and late payment

  • The service runs in monthly periods. Each period is renewed by paying for the next one.
  • If payment has not been made when the paid period ends, there is a 5-day grace period. If payment is not made within it, the account is suspended.
  • A suspended account can still see its existing data, but cannot run discovery or send email. The data is kept, and the service resumes when payment is made.

7. WhatsApp messaging

Messaging through WhatsApp will be made available soon. When made available, it will be included in every plan at no additional charge, and WhatsApp messages will likewise not be sent without the customer's approval. The rules governing the use of the feature, including the applicable third-party service terms, will be added to these terms when it is made available.

8. Your mailbox, your identity

  • Every message sent through the service is sent from the e-mail account connected by the customer, in the customer's name and under the customer's identity, and replies reach the customer. The sender of these messages is the customer, not Reyport.
  • You may connect only e-mail accounts that you own or are authorised to use, and you are obliged to comply with the terms, policies and sending limits of the e-mail service provider you use.
  • The protective measures offered by Reyport are intended to reduce risk; however, they do not guarantee the delivery of messages or safeguard the reputation of your domain. Your e-mail service provider may restrict or suspend your account depending on your use.

9. Your responsibility for the messages you send

Rules on commercial messages differ from country to country. Because you are the sender, it is your responsibility that every message you approve is lawful both where you are and in each recipient's country. Depending on the market these may include Türkiye's Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its regulations, the GDPR and national electronic-communications law in the European Union, PECR in the United Kingdom, the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States and CASL in Canada. Among other obligations:

  • you read and approve every message before it is sent; Reyport sends nothing without your approval;
  • you must have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient, and must not message anyone for whom the law requires prior consent you do not have;
  • you must identify yourself and your company truthfully and not use misleading subject lines or sender details;
  • you must honour opt-outs: you must not remove, hide or disable the unsubscribe link Reyport adds, and must honour every opt-out request, including those that reach you outside Reyport;
  • you must answer the requests of the people you contact, as their data controller (section 12).

Every message sent through the service offers the option to unsubscribe, and recipients who use this option are not sent further messages by the same sender. These measures do not by themselves make your sending lawful.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use Reyport to:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or message consumers or individuals where that is not lawful;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or harassing content, phishing, malware or fake offers;
  • contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
  • sell, publish or share contact data obtained through Reyport, or use it for anything other than your own business communication;
  • build a contact database or a competing service from Reyport's results;
  • upload content you have no right to use, or special categories of personal data;
  • access another company's data, get around limits or security measures, overload the service or reverse-engineer it.

If we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, we may refuse to send or suspend the account.

11. Your data and content

  • You keep ownership of the data and content you put into Reyport. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload and for every message sent from your account, including AI-written text you approve.
  • Discovered firm and contact data comes from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check it before relying on it.
  • We do not delete your data automatically when you stop using Reyport. You can ask for a copy of your customer list and email records; we delete your company's data within 30 days of your written request, except what the law requires us to keep.

12. Data controller and data processor

  • For recipient and prospect data (the firms and people found in discovery, their contact details, the messages written to them and received from them), the customer is the data controller, and Reyport is the data processor that processes this data on the customer's behalf and on its instructions.
  • For the customer's own account data (users' login details, the company profile, connected mailboxes, billing details), Reyport is the data controller.

As processor, Reyport: processes the data only to provide the service and on the customer's instructions; ensures that its staff who access the data are bound by confidentiality; engages the sub-processors necessary to provide the service and provides information on them upon request; takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures; reasonably helps the customer answer the requests of data subjects and forwards to the customer any request it receives directly; informs the customer without undue delay on becoming aware of a data breach; and deletes the data when the service ends, as described in section 11.

13. Services Reyport depends on

Reyport depends on the services of third-party infrastructure and AI service providers. Outages or changes in those services, or decisions of those providers, may affect Reyport, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of the e-mail account you connect and of other third-party services is also subject to those services' own terms.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Reyport available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature your company relies on, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.

15. Cancellation, suspension and termination

  • You can cancel at any time by writing to info@reyport.com. The service continues until the end of the paid period and ends on that date. No partial refunds are made for paid periods.
  • If an account breaches section 9 or 10, or continuing would put us or others at legal or security risk, we may suspend or close it immediately. Non-payment is handled under section 6.
  • Otherwise, we may end the service by giving your company 30 days' notice by email.
  • When the service ends, access to the account ends. Section 11 applies to your data. Sections 9, 11, 12, 16, 17 and 19 continue to apply after termination.

16. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent the law allows, Reyport is provided as is and as available.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or business, the content of the messages you send, recipients' reactions, undelivered emails, damage to the reputation of your domain or mailbox, your mailbox being suspended by its provider, or fines or claims arising from messages sent from your account.
  • Our total liability arising from Reyport in any 12-month period is limited to the fees your company paid for Reyport in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law, including Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.

17. Your responsibility towards us

If a recipient, an authority or any other third party makes a claim against us because of messages sent from your account or your breach of these terms, you will cover the resulting loss, including reasonable legal costs.

18. Assignment

We may transfer this agreement and the service to another company that takes over operating Reyport, with written notice to you (email included). The transfer does not change your rights and obligations under these terms. You may not transfer this agreement without our prior written consent.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

20. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes. We notify the account holders of each company of a material change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. A change required by law or needed to protect security may take effect sooner. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using Reyport before it takes effect; continuing to use Reyport after that date means you accept it.
